📦 Damaged, defective, or incorrect items?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • A short description of the problem

We’ll review your case and send instructions for your refund or replacement.


🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept refund or replacement requests for:

  • ✘ Damaged or broken items
  • ✘ Missing packages (not delivered within 45 days)
  • ✘ Wrong item received
  • ✘ Faulty or non-functioning product

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided

💳 Refund Processing

Once your request is approved and your return is received (if needed), you’ll be notified by email.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction
