📦 Damaged, defective, or incorrect items?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We’ll review your case and send instructions for your refund or replacement.
🔁 Return Eligibility
We accept refund or replacement requests for:
- ✘ Damaged or broken items
- ✘ Missing packages (not delivered within 45 days)
- ✘ Wrong item received
- ✘ Faulty or non-functioning product
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided

Once your request is approved and your return is received (if needed), you’ll be notified by email.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction
